سوق تسوكيجي .. صفحة تطوى

سوق تسوكيجي  Tsukiji من الوجهات السياحية التي تعرف إقبالا كبيرا في طوكيو. يعد أكبر سوق جملة لبيع الأسماك في العالم. انطلق العمل به في موقعه الحالي منذ سنة 1935 . اليوم يتم إغلاق السوق بصفة نهائية  لينتقل إلى طويوسو Toyoso مكانه جديد .أتيحت لي الفرصة لزيارة تسوكيجي أثناء إقامتي باليابان منذ … عشر سنوات! أتذكر أن يوم الزيارة كان خاصا. استيقظت في الصباح الباكر حوالي الثالثة. و توجهت على متن دراجتي الهوائية نحو محطة القطار، رفقة بعض الأصدقاء الشجعان الذين قاوموا الرغبة في النوم مثلي. ركبنا القطار السريع من  تسوكوبا في اتجاه طوكيو و كلنا لهفة للوصول إلى تسوكيجي.السوق خلية نحل لا تهدأ فيها الحركة. وقت الذروة فيه بين الخامسة و الثامنة صباحا.  يضم  السوق عدة أروقة: رواق خاص بمزاد سمك التونة. رواق لبيع السمك. و رواق للفواكه و الخضراوات.

تجولنا في أروقته  متأملين بفضول الأنواع المعروضة. ذات أشكال و ألوان مختلفة.
لم نتمكن من حضور المزاد. لا أتذكر تحديدا السبب. ربما لوصولنا متأخرين أو لأن الدخول كان محظورا على الزائرين. ففي السنوات الأخيرة أصبح الإقبال الشديد على السوق يعيق العمال في مزاولة أشغالهم. فالسائح أحيانا للأسف لا يأبه لشيئ سوى إشباع فضوله و الحصول على الصورة المميزة التي سيتباها بها. هذا الإقبال الشديد دفع السلطات إلى تقنين الدخول إلى قاعة المزادات في السنوات الأخيرة.
في نهاية جولتنا استقر اختيارنا على وجبة إفطار غير اعتيادية.  بعض الشرائح من سمك التونة النيء مصحوبة بفنجان قهوة!

فضلا عن السوق الداخلي، يوجد بتسوكيجي سوق خارجي يضم محلات و مطاعم أكل. بعد جولتنا الصباحية في السوق الداخلي، توقفنا عند أحد المطاعم للتمتع بطبق رامن شهي بعد وجبة الإفطار السريعة. هذا السوق الخارجي سيظل مفتوحا. لا تتردد في العروج على أحد مطاعمه إن مررت بالمنطقة.

زيارة تسوكيجي من الذكريات الجميلة التي أحملها عن اليابان.  صفحة تطوى لتبدأ أخرى جديدة ربما في طويوسو.
